I was raised in North Richland Hills, Texas, and moved to Austin in 2017. I received my bachelor’s degree in psychology and sociology from St. Edward’s University. I am working toward my master’s degree in marriage and family therapy through The King’s University. Before joining Hill Country as the Academic Resource Specialist in 2021, I was an assistant for therapists in Austin.

I love dancing and going on hikes.

What is an interesting fact about you?
I am going to school to get my masters in Marriage and Family Therapy.

If you could meet one historical figure or famous person, who would it be and why?
I would like to meet Jane Austen. I believe that the themes in her books are relevant even today, and I appreciate what she brought to the world through her writing.

What do you believe makes Hill Country distinct?
Hill Country has a noticeably different atmosphere that feels encouraging and caring. It invites curiosity into the learning environment, and we are all very close and supportive of each other.

What do you love about working at Hill Country?
I love working at Hill Country because I get the opportunity to make a difference in students’ lives every day. Watching the students grow and learn daily is what inspires me the most.
