What types of tuition assistance or financial aid are available?
At Hill Country, we offer need-based tuition assistance determined through FACTS, a confidential third-party process that considers income, assets, expenses, and family size. Awards can cover up to 25% of Kindergarten tuition and up to 50% for Grades 1–12. Families can also benefit from a multi-student discount ranging from 5% to 20% for multiple children enrolled. We encourage families to apply for both our Tuition Assistance program and the Texas Education Freedom Account (TEFA) vouchers. If financial awards are granted in both programs, families will need to choose which program they want to use for assistance. Aid awarded is not stackable.
How to Apply:
– New students contact the Admission Office to start the process.
– Current families email financialassistance@hccsa.org for application instructions.
– FACTS charges a $45 application fee per family, and applications are processed in about two weeks once documents are submitted.Learn more about tuition assistance and payment options.

We encourage families to apply for both TEFA and our Tuition Assistance program to explore financial award options. Awards cover up to 25% of Kindergarten tuition and up to 50% for Grades 1–12. Families must reapply annually, and the application fee is $45. Alternatively, families who do not receive tuition assistance may be eligible for multi-student discounts, but these do not stack with tuition assistance. For details on how to apply, new families can contact the Admission Office, and current families can email financialassistance@hccsa.org. Learn more about our Tuition Assistance program.
