Before joining Hill Country in 2018, I worked at Tyndale House Publishing (the Christian book and Bible publisher) for seven years. I earned my Bachelor of Arts as a University Scholar at Baylor University and my Master of Arts in Intercultural Studies from Wheaton College. My husband is also on staff here at Hill Country, and we have three current students, Classes of 2024, 2026, and 2029.

What is your favorite hobby or one of your favorite things?
Spending time with my family, reading, biking.

I am a second degree black belt in Taekwondo

I pray that out of his glorious riches he may strengthen you with power through his Spirit in your inner being, so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith. And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love, may have power, together with all the Lord’s holy people, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ, and to know this love that surpasses knowledge—that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God. Ephesians 3:16-19

Who has had the greatest influence on your life and why?
My husband, Art, who shows me grace and is truly my number one fan.

What do you love about teaching at Hill Country?
I love the students! I love getting to know them, hearing their great ideas, and being a part of their love for learning.
