Dear Hill Country Families,

At the risk of being redundant with last week’s message, I want to tell you about the new survey tool we have adopted as a school. We have partnered with ParentPulse to conduct regular surveys. We did this because we really want to hear feedback from you, our stakeholders.

You will receive an email from ParentPulse sometime between tomorrow (Friday, 10/10) and next Friday (10/17). PLEASE DO NOT DELETE THIS EMAIL, thinking it is another attempt to spam you into buying the next great thing. It is the survey tool we have chosen to use to get real-time feedback on your experience with our school.

We will survey our entire parent population to get a benchmark near the beginning of the year. After this initial survey, we will continue to gain additional real-time feedback on how the year is going. We hope your participation will give us a clear picture each season of how Hill Country staff might better serve you.

The survey has roughly 20 questions, and most of them are quickly answered by simply ranking your experience so far. You will have the opportunity to comment on most of the questions if that is helpful for you.
