Every student at Hill Country benefits from the Annual Fund. Tuition covers the cost of mission-critical expenses like curriculum, fine arts, and athletics programs, and general operations. Randalls Good Neighbor Program
Randalls enables customers to direct donations to their favorite non-profit organization. Link Hill Country Christian School (account number 9530) to your Remarkable card by submitting a Good Neighbor Charity Addition form to the Randalls courtesy booth.
Give Back to Schools Program
Office Depot/Office Max offers a Give Back to Schools Program, through which Hill Country earns credits equal to 5% of qualifying purchases to use for free office supplies. Our school identification number is 70094679; present this number to the cashier before you check out.

Pledge
We accept pledge commitments to help support the Annual Fund. Pledges must be paid in full by July 31, the end of the school’s fiscal year. Make or fulfill a pledge here.
Stocks and Securities
Please contact the development office to notify the school of a stock gift for transfer instructions. Hill Country partners with the third-party trustee, Legacy Deo. For detailed information, contact Mike Maul, Director of Advancement, at 512-331-7036 or mmaul@hccsa.org.
Gifts in Kind
Gifts in kind, also known as in-kind donations, is a form of charitable giving of goods and services. The value of the gift is assigned by the donor. Although you cannot deduct the value of your time or services, you can deduct the expenses you incur while donating your services. Please contact the advancement office before making an in-kind donation to ensure that the donation will be accepted by the school.
Legacy/Planned Giving
Planned giving benefits the school beyond a person’s lifetime, such as retirement assets, charitable remainder trusts, annuities, insurance policies, and bequests. There are special tax provisions for giving from an IRA directly to a charity. If you desire to redirect an asset that might otherwise be taxed heavily or incur capital gains, please contact Mike Maul, Director of Advancement, at 512-331-7036 or mmaul@hccsa.org.
Matching Gifts
Many employers sponsor matching gift programs that double a charitable contribution made by their employees to Hill Country Christian School. Some companies even match gifts given by spouses or retirees. To find out if your company has a matching gift program, contact your Human Resources department. If your company offers matching gifts, please fill out the company form and send it to the development office via one of the methods below.

Transfer of stock or securities must be executed by your broker and received by our transfer agent, Legacy Deo, by noon on December 26, 2022. Please note that these gifts are considered complete when transfers are received into Hill Country’s stock clearing account. Please allow 3-5 business days for the electronic transfer.
