I have lived in Austin since 1987. I worked at Hill Country Bible Church for several years before joining the Hill Country Christian School staff.

What is your favorite sport?
I love to watch college football, A&M!

What is your favorite hobby or one of your favorite things?
I like to walk and hike. I love dogs, bears, hearts, and crosses!

What is your favorite food?
I love veggie burgers, chicken spinach white sauce pizza, shrimp, and fruit.

What is an interesting fact about you?
I was once a lifeguard and saved my brother from drowning!

If you could meet one historical figure or famous person, who would it be and why?
Martin Luther because of his perseverance.

What is your favorite Scripture?
“I can do all things in Christ who strengthens me.” – Philippians 4:13

Who has had the greatest influence on your life and why?
My mother; she was always rejoicing in all things, good or bad! She was a firm believer in Jesus Christ and would never let a day go by without talking to me about scripture!

What do you believe makes Hill Country distinct?
The love of Christ! Our actions of serving and loving Christ!

What do you love about working at Hill Country?
The kindness, thoughtfulness, and daily joy children bring—many blessings!

Who has had the greatest influence on your life and why?
My parents. They raised me to accept and respect the differences in others, to know the difference between right and wrong, and to try my best to leave a positive mark on the world.
