Before coming to Hill Country in the fall of 2023, I worked for 17 years in video production and marketing at Gateway Church and for CRU. My wife and I have three children, two of whom are at Hill Country, classes of 2034 and 2031.

What is an interesting fact about you not many people know?
I have a degree in Vertebrate Zoology from Texas A&M.

Who has had the greatest influence on your life and why?
My wife, Cindy, is the most incredible person I know. She inspires me every day through her example to live more for Christ, sacrifice myself for others in need, and see past the challenges of this world for the life that is promised after this one!

“Follow God’s example, therefore, as dearly loved children and walk in the way of love, just as Christ loved us and gave himself up for us as a fragrant offering and sacrifice to God. For you were once darkness, but now you are light in the Lord. Live as children of light.” – Ephesians 5:1-2, 8

What makes HillCo unique is the common goal among students and parents, teachers and staff to exalt the name of Christ in the world.

What do you love about working at Hill Country?
I love the formation of disciples at Hill Country. You can see the joy our students have when they are on campus, and through the relationships they have. Regardless of what career each student has one day, they are equipped to go out and be light in the world!
